Engaging Minds was founded by Sally Bibb in 2012. The strong evidence that strengths lead to superior performance led Engaging Minds’ clients to adopt strengths approaches to selecting and developing their people. Through our team’s work thousands of peoples’ lives have been touched as they discovered their strengths and what makes them thrive.

In 2021 Sally was given the opportunity to fulfil her dream of bringing strengths to many more people around the world by becoming a partner of the innovation and transformation consultancy, PA Consulting. We’re now proud to be part of this renowned consultancy.
